Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are issued by Revel Design LLC, Florida, United States (“Naldar,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They describe permitted use of naldar.com, support.naldar.com, early access registration, related support services and use of the Naldar and Naldar Studio apps, subject to any separate agreement that applies.

Please read these Terms before using these services. Where we ask you to expressly accept them, that acceptance applies to the version presented to you. Merely displaying a footer link does not replace any agreement or consent that applicable law requires us to obtain. These Terms do not retroactively change a separate agreement you have already accepted.

The desktop apps, models, connected services and any future purchases may have separate license or purchase terms. This page does not itself grant a desktop-app license or change the rights in a license already supplied with an app. Where separate terms apply to a particular product or transaction, those terms govern that product or transaction.

2. Early access and product information

Naldar and Naldar Studio are in private testing. Registering for early access requests trial-access news and product updates; it does not create a paid account, purchase a subscription, reserve a release date or guarantee that an invitation will be offered.

Prices identified as planned, preview images, demonstrations and descriptions of future features are informational. They are not a completed purchase or a promise that every feature will be available at launch. The terms and price of any future purchase will be presented before you pay. Nothing on this page starts recurring billing.

Local AI features depend on compatible hardware, storage and models. Generation speed, availability and results vary. References to unlimited local use do not promise unlimited cloud processing, simultaneous jobs or third-party services.

3. Permitted website and support use

You may browse the public sites, share links to our official pages and submit genuine registration or support requests. Provide accurate contact information and only submit information you are entitled to share. If you act for an organization or another person, you must have authority to do so.

Do not use the sites or support systems to commit unlawful acts, infringe others’ rights, impersonate someone, send spam or threats, upload malware, disrupt services, bypass access controls or access another person’s account or support conversations without permission. Do not expose private credentials or confidential information that is unnecessary for your request.

These services are not directed to children under 13. You must have the legal capacity or authorization required for the activities you undertake. A future paid service may specify additional eligibility requirements.

Customer rental access

Each independently billed rental covers one Mac and the apps listed with that purchase. The introductory bundle includes Naldar and Naldar Studio on that Mac. Another Mac requires a separately billed rental. Your original amount, billing frequency and included apps are recorded with the purchase; later changes to our public offers do not rewrite that record.

Activation and periodic online verification are required in Customer apps. A rental can work offline for up to seven days between successful checks, subject to its verified paid period. A verified failed renewal may receive up to three days of grace; cancellation or ordinary expiry does not itself add grace. Cancel renewal anytime in My account and retain access through the verified paid period. If access ends, new AI work and queue dispatch pause; saved work remains viewable and exportable, and an already-started render may finish. Restoring access does not automatically replay missed or uncertain actions.

During activation and later license checks, the app connects to naldar.com. It sends its product name, a persistent identifier derived from your Mac’s hardware ID and a fresh verification code. It sends your license key at activation and its saved activation token for later checks. The request does not contain your chats, prompts, creations or GPS coordinates. Our server receives the connection’s IP address and hosting access logs may record it. The Privacy Policy explains how this information is handled.

4. Naldar’s proprietary material

Naldar and Naldar Studio names, logos and branding identify our products and services. Rights in our original software, website text, descriptions, images and designs are reserved by Revel Design LLC to the extent those materials are protected by applicable law. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses.

Permission to use a service, keep a licensed version or make permitted personal customizations is not a transfer of ownership of Naldar’s proprietary source code, software or branding. We do not claim exclusive rights over general ideas, facts, functionality, independently created material or material that the law does not protect.

5. No unauthorized copying for distribution

Except as expressly permitted by us, applicable law or an applicable third-party license, you may not copy, extract, modify or repackage Naldar’s proprietary software, code or protected website material with intent to distribute, resell, sublicense or otherwise make that material available to others. This includes distributing a modified, rebranded or repackaged copy without authorization, whether for payment or free of charge.

You may not remove ownership notices to misrepresent copied material as your own, or use our branding to falsely suggest that an unauthorized product is an official Naldar release or has our endorsement. Sharing a link to our official website is permitted; it is not the same as redistributing our proprietary software or source.

This restriction preserves licensed personal use, permitted personal customization, lawful backup and other rights under applicable law, and permissions supplied by third-party or open-source licenses. It does not restrict distribution of your own prompts, creations, documents or independently created extensions except to the extent they include proprietary Naldar software or protected assets that you have no right to distribute.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action over unauthorized distribution and to seek injunctions, damages and other remedies available under applicable law. A violation may also result in restriction or termination of the affected service or license where the applicable agreement and law permit. No automatic financial penalty is created by this paragraph. Request written permission at support@naldar.com.

6. Your content, support requests and privacy

Submitting a support request does not transfer ownership of your content to Naldar. You retain whatever rights you hold in your messages, attachments and other material. You authorize us to receive, store and use what you submit as needed to handle the request, operate support and protect the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. This is not a general license to publish your private submissions, sell them or use them for unrelated model training.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to submit material. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information. Visiting the website or opening a support ticket does not give us access to local chats, memories, files, images or browser sessions on your computer.

The Privacy Policy explains registrations, support records, CRM records, analytics, cookie choices and requests to access or delete information. Consent to product updates remains a separate choice. These Terms do not waive privacy rights or make optional analytics mandatory.

7. AI outputs and third-party services

AI responses and generated media can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or similar to other outputs. Review results before relying on them, publishing them or authorizing actions. We do not promise that outputs are unique, factually correct or free of third-party rights. These Terms do not guarantee copyright or other exclusive rights in AI-generated material.

Models, open-source components, linked websites and services you choose to connect may have their own licenses, costs, restrictions and privacy policies. Our ownership and distribution restrictions do not override rights those licenses or applicable law grant you. We do not claim ownership of third-party models or components merely because Naldar can use them.

8. Support, availability and changes

We may maintain, change, pause or discontinue website or support features, and may restrict access reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues or legal requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular support response time or recovery of every lost file or output. Keep appropriate copies of information and creations important to you.

We will respect any separately agreed paid commitments and mandatory legal rights. A website or support restriction does not give us permission to delete your local files, revoke rights that cannot lawfully be revoked or override the terms of an existing purchase. You can contact support@naldar.com about a suspected mistake.

Software updates and future development

We decide whether and when to develop Naldar and Naldar Studio further. We may change, pause or stop future development. We do not promise a particular update, a release schedule or that development will continue indefinitely.

If we release updates for an app covered by your license, those updates are included at no separate charge during an active subscription term or under an eligible owned license. Access to released updates follows the applicable license terms. If we discontinue a product or a service needed for paid access, we will honor the paid commitments, cancellation and refund terms, and mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

9. Use at your own risk, security and limits of liability

Using Naldar’s online features can expose you to risks outside our control. Use them at your own risk, subject to the legal rights and protections described below. This section applies to your use of Naldar and Naldar Studio, including their browsers, web tools, connected services and agents, as well as the website and support services. Any separate agreement governing a particular app, license or purchase continues to apply as described in Section 1.

Websites, links and downloads you choose to open

Third-party websites, links, files, browser redirects and services can contain malware, phishing pages, misleading instructions, unsafe downloads or other harmful content. A website may ask for credentials, a file, access to an account or permission to install software. Opening a page through Naldar, seeing it in a result or having an agent find it does not mean Revel Design LLC has inspected, approved or secured it. Outside services control what they collect and how they handle information you send.

Before entering information, downloading a file or granting access, check the website’s address and publisher. Treat unexpected sign-in requests, payment prompts, downloads and browser warnings with caution. Keep your operating system and apps current. If a third-party site you choose to visit compromises your computer or account, we are not responsible for losses caused by that site or its operators except to the extent that we contributed to the loss or are otherwise responsible under applicable law.

Agents, permissions and actions taken on your behalf

When you give an agent a task or authorize it to use a browser, account or folder, check the destination and scope. Before approving a sensitive action, check the account, recipient, information being sent and any potential cost. Review recurring tasks and standing approvals periodically, and remove access when you no longer need it. An approval authorizes the action in its stated scope. It does not establish that the destination or its instructions are trustworthy.

Agents can misread a page, repeat an action, encounter deceptive instructions or misunderstand your request. Review important results and verify the actual outcome before retrying an action that may already have happened. We do not guarantee that third-party systems will accept, complete, reverse or accurately report an action.

Your device, credentials and local files

Protect your Mac, passwords, recovery codes and accounts. Keep backups of important work and test that you can restore them. Local processing reduces the need to send your content to outside services, but device access, malware, cloud-synced folders and anything you choose to share can affect its security. If you suspect a compromise, use a trusted device to secure the affected accounts and contact the relevant service. You can report a suspected Naldar security issue to support@naldar.com.

Software and AI results

Subject to applicable law and our express commitments, the apps, website and support services are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every setup, secure against every threat or suitable for every purpose. AI-generated text, images, video and recommendations may be incomplete or wrong. Verify important information independently before acting on it. Use qualified professionals or emergency services when decisions involve safety, health, legal rights or significant financial consequences.

What these limits cover

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Revel Design LLC is not liable for losses caused solely by independent third-party services, malicious third-party sites, actions outside the permissions we control, or unauthorized access resulting solely from compromise of your device or third-party credentials. To the extent permitted, we also exclude indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages arising from use of the apps or services, including lost profits, business interruption and loss of data where those losses are consequential.

These limits preserve our obligations and your mandatory rights. They do not excuse a security failure for which Revel Design LLC is responsible, override our Privacy Policy or express commitments, or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any liability the law does not let us exclude. They do not restrict mandatory warranties, consumer remedies or refunds required by law. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or an automatic penalty. Any claim and available remedy depend on the facts, the applicable agreement and applicable law.

10. Questions, disputes and applicable rights

Contact support@naldar.com to raise a concern or request permission to use protected material. We encourage contacting us so we can investigate and try to resolve a concern, but this is not a mandatory prerequisite to exercising a legal right or seeking urgent relief.

Applicable law governs the rights and remedies available to you and to Revel Design LLC, including mandatory protections that may apply where you live. These Terms do not require you to bring a claim in a particular court, waive a class action or give up rights that applicable law preserves. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, it applies only to the extent permitted, and the remaining provisions continue where legally appropriate.

11. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms and will identify the new effective date on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, with renewed acceptance where required. Updates do not automatically rewrite a completed purchase or a separate agreement. You may keep a copy of the terms presented to you.
