Asking Naldar a question does not, by itself, send us a copy of that local conversation to read.

That gives you room to think: an unfinished idea, a private draft, a question you would rather keep to yourself. Understanding where the information goes helps you keep that space yours.

Start with the processing location

For local chat and generation, the model runs on your Mac. Web tools, online services, shared files and support messages each introduce their own destinations. Check which kind of activity you are using.

What stays on your Mac?

When you use a downloaded local model, it works with the prompt and context supplied to it on your computer. Local image generation in Naldar Studio follows the same principle: the selected local model produces the image on your Mac.

Chats, saved memories and creations can contain personal information. Local storage lets you keep that material on your own equipment, without automatically publishing it to a Naldar cloud gallery. A locally saved image is still a file you should protect like any other private file.

Confirm that you are using a local model. A service appearing in a desktop app can still use an online provider; the location of the app window alone does not establish where a model runs.

What changes when you go online?

Some activities need to send information to another destination:

Web search: a search provider receives the query you send.

Browsing: websites receive requests and the information needed to serve their pages.

Posting and uploads: the destination receives the text or files you authorize.

Connected services: information you send is handled under that service’s terms.

Support: our team can see the messages, screenshots and attachments you choose to send us.

An agent carrying out an online task has these same boundaries. Give it the information needed for the job and review the destination before allowing a consequential action.

Is account information part of my AI conversation?

Your website account and subscription records serve a different purpose from local chat. The website needs account details to manage sign-in and your subscription; payments are handled through Square. Those records do not give us a view into the prompts and creations stored on your Mac.

Optional app usage statistics describe limited activity, such as a feature being opened or work completing. They do not include your prompt text or generated content. Review the app’s usage-statistics setting and the website’s privacy choices when deciding what to enable.

The Privacy Policy explains website, account, billing and support records. Our approach to privacy describes the local AI boundary in everyday terms.

Who else could see local files?

Someone with access to your unlocked Mac, exported files or backups may be able to read them. Cloud-sync folders, shared drives and screenshots can also create copies outside the app.

Protect your Mac login, consider FileVault, review sharing settings and know where your backups go. If you store working files on an encrypted external drive, protect the password and check that the app can reach the files when you need them.

Does chatting train the model on my words?

Ordinary conversation with a local model does not automatically retrain its underlying weights. Saved memories and conversation context can influence later replies, which is different from training a new model or adapter. Studio’s LoRA training is a separate, deliberate workflow.

For questions about information held by the website or support service, or to request access or removal, email support@naldar.com. Manage your local chats, exports and backup copies separately on the devices where they are stored.

What local AI privacy means for your conversations, creations, online tools and account information.

[29
50,51,49
post-52","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-privacy","tag-local-ai","tag-online-tools","tag-private-prompts
["GET
